This course series teaches foundational information about the elements of exceptional customer service, from first impressions to putting great manners into play. You’ll learn how to navigate the tricky waters of dealing with an unhappy customer—how to react and how to manage and resolve difficult customer service situations. You’ll also learn about communication skills—on the phone, through email, and in text messaging.
